Hi, I’m Thomas Moberg and I’m a personal trainer. Personal training is an investment i your health. It’s not about killing yourself in the gym or starving yourself to fit in those skinny jeans. It’s about training smarter, eating better and get results – and have fun at the same time.

How does it work?
If you’re currently living in Denmark near Randers you can train with me in person. But if that’s not the case and you’re still looking for a personal trainer I can offer you online personal training and nutrition advice/diet planning. The results can be just as good if you’re up for the job, you get to choose when and where you work out and you save money compared to regular personal training.
Where does the magic happen?
Well, I work at Fitness Studiet in Randers but if you’re to online personal training that really doesn’t matter now does it? In that case you will get everything you need via e-mail and Youtube. All you need then is a gym membership.
